Dr. Michael Barrington has had the pleasure of serving the great people of Frankfort for over a decade. He has a great love for the community and takes pride in making his patients feel as comfortable as possible. Having been in a dental chair many times, he knows what it feels like to be a patient and always wants those he serves to feel as comfortable as possible. Dr Barrington has had early exposure to the field of dentistry. He grew up as a patient of Dr. O Wayne Mortenson in Middletown, Kentucky. During his undergraduate studies, he spent summers working with Dr Wayne as an assistant. This experience encouraged Dr. Barrington to study dentistry at the University of Louisville and earn his dental degree. He strives to provide comprehensive care and has had many hours of additional training in the areas of dentures, implants, root canals, and crowns. In addition, he is a graduate of Eastern High School, where he was named a 1999 Governor Scholar and the 2000 class valedictorian. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Chemistry from Brigham Young University. Dr Barrington is also fluent in Spanish, having served a two-year mission for his church in Argentina. Dr. Barrington is a Lifetime Qualified Member of the Crown Council. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 5 children. He also enjoys volunteering in his church and playing football.

Dr. Sydney Salow
University of Louisville School of Dentistry
Dr. Sydney Salow is from Ashland, Kentucky. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in human nutrition from the University of Kentucky before graduating from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She says her own family dentist influenced her to become a dentist. She learned from her that dentistry can be an art and saw the kind of impact you can make on patients and their confidence by helping them with their smile. Dr. Salow says what she enjoys most about being a dentist is seeing patients take control of their oral health and how that affects them and their overall health. Being able to assure patients who are self conscious or nervous that she is here to help and to find a plan that suits their needs is very rewarding for her.
Dr. Salow is married and in her spare time loves to read, work out and cheer on the University of Kentucky baseball team.
